Rooms25 & RUNNR.ai extend their partnership

Rooms25 and RUNNR.ai have extended their partnership! As the first pilot customer, Rooms25 has experienced the benefits of our automated guest communication solution since December 2022 and will continue to work closely together with RUNNR.ai in innovating the guest engagement in the hospitality industry.

By leveraging RUNNR.ai, Rooms25 has been able to streamline guest communication and enhance their experience through proactive messaging pre-, in- and post stay. During the first few months of using RUNNR.ai’s automated guest communication solution, Rooms25 achieved the following results: 

  • engaged with approximately 700 bookings
  • handled 95% of questions automatically
  • serviced 50 guest requests and upsells 

Rooms25, which has 30 rooms available, is continuously looking for possibilities to improve the digital guest experience. They already provide their guests with self-service check-in, digital payment and check-out, and digital room keys. As a result, the front office at Rooms25 is not always staffed.
